This one’s for those who hate getting up early to exercise..Okay, we have heard that before-that you are not a morning person.But, even if you are not, you can still learn to rise and shine-to exercise and feel wonderful, both physically and mentally through the day. So, to get into the mood, the first thing you need to do is to get an alarm clock.Also, before you go to bed, lay out your workout clothes and gear.It’s good to start waking up at the same time every day.Even if you choose to sit around and read the newspaper instead of exercising the first couple of days, at least you are teaching your body to rise early.But don’t leave enough time to dilly-dally.The more you are standing around at home, the less likely you are to leave it.Get dressed, and get out of the door! Grab a little bite.Figure out how little you can eat and still fit in for a workout.Some quick-and-easy foods that are fine on a pre-workout stomach are banana, cereal bar, toast or yogurt.If you are doing a tough workout that requires ample fuel, give yourself time for your food to digest before exercising. Find a friend to keep you motivated.Also, explore different activities, then alternate your workouts to keep the novelty alive.Finally, create an exercise plan or fitness goal so that you are working towards.Once you start seeing results. you will be more motivated to keep this early-morning routine going.And it will be only a matter of time before you start recommending this to all your friends.
